Cygwin ports

Some random pieces of Unix software ported to Cygwin. Quite a few deal with bioinformatics in the broadest sense.

Most of the precompiled binaries are badly outdated as I either don't use them anymore or lack the time to keep them up to date. If they don't run out of the box, your best bet may be to follow the porting instructions and build them from the sources.
